On the occasion of the recording in New York, when I told the singer Everett Bradley, “Shadow is a lonely character who lives inside the darkness with a little pathetic feeling in the air,” he turned into that role perfectly and ended up singing smoothly with full voice! I brought back that vocal that seemed to also hide the inner passion in the cool center to Japan and worked at completing it with Co-Fusion’s Mr. Heigo Tani, who had assembled the tags. We aimed at expressing Shadow’s interior of his destructive heart with sound and it’s a song that we completed while communicating many times over.
